In October 2021,the desert locusts in Somalia were mainly distributed in the north. 

In September 2021,the desert locusts inSomalia were mainly distributed in the northwest and northeast.

The rice planting area in 38 Asian, European and North American countries is about 1 billion hectares, rice planthopper (Nilaparvata lugens) and rice blast (Magnaporthe oryzae) are the main types of rice pests and diseases, the cumulative occurrence areas of the pest and disease reach 20 million hectares.

From July toAugust 2021,desert locusts in Somalia weremainlydistributed in the northwest and northeast.

From May to July 2021，desertlocusts in Ethiopia are mainly distributed in theeast and north.

From April to June 2021，desertlocusts in Somalia were mainly distributed inthe north.

From  April  to  May  2021,  the  total occurrence areas of rust and aphid are estimated to reach 23 million hectares, will mainly occur in India, Russia, United States, Kazakhstan, Canada, Pakistan, Turkey, Iran, Ukraine, France, Germany, Morocco, Poland, Afghanistan, Romania, Spain, Italy, United Kingdom, Iraq and Uzbekistan.
